Edited photos (skin softening and minor retouching) are included only in the album. Full payment must be made one day before or on the day of the event, prior to starting the session. Album delivery takes between 1 month and 15 days up to 4 months from the photo selection date. If the client delays album collection for more than 3 months after notification, photos will be deleted. A separate, prepared location is required for photography — avoid having children in the shooting area. The photographer must be compensated for any equipment damage caused by children or others. The deposit is non-refundable unless cancellation is from the photographer’s side; it can be used within 3 months, depending on availability. In case of separation (divorce), no refund will be issued. Once you receive the USB and confirm it works properly, please make a backup copy — original files will then be deleted. In case of verbal or behavioral misconduct, the photographer has the right to cancel the session, with transportation costs and 50% of the session fee to be paid as compensation
